CoHabit is built by an independent developer. There's no sales team, no phone tree, no outsourced first-line support — the emails come to the person making the app.
You can export or delete your account directly from the app (Settings → Privacy & Data). If you need a specific data export, correction, or anything beyond those automated flows, email the same address above and we'll sort it out.
If your concern involves a security vulnerability, prefix the subject with [security] so it jumps the queue.
